This Shipping Policy outlines our processes and regulations regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment. Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery details after your order ships. Please note that order processing time and shipping time are two different concepts.
Delivery Destination
Currently, we offer delivery services to customers located in the United States and Canada. Available delivery destinations may vary depending on the service coverage of our partner carriers. If you cannot select your region at checkout, it means that delivery is not currently available to that destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination. Estimated delivery time for the US: 7–12 business days; Estimated delivery time for Canada: 7–12 business days. The above delivery times are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If such promotions are currently in progress, the relevant information will be prominently displayed on the checkout page. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier's processing speed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on the regulations of the destination country or region. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are borne entirely by the customer.
Delivery Delays or Lost Packages
Although we partner with trusted logistics providers, delivery delays may still occur due to the following reasons: customs inspections, inclement weather conditions, service disruptions by logistics carriers, seasonal demand peaks. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to correct the delivery address. If the package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
